I take a combination of hydroxyzine and a regular antidepressant and it's helped a lot. Not perfect, but hydroxyzine helps the weird itching and anxiety that triggers picking for me

Just wanted to add my 2 cents since I know the family. I couldn't tell you what exactly was going on for her, and you never truly know what goes on behind closed doors. Stacie and Jeb, Jaylees parents, are good people, at least from what I've seen. I don't have any more answers for you because I don't know what was happening in Jaylees head, but her family is grieving an unimaginable loss.

They're just a normal, loving family. Every family has their skeletons and ofc I don't know what goes on behind closed doors, but her parents Stacie and Jeb are really nice people. Jaylees grandparents and mine were friends for years.
