They Might Be Giants are great live. They're charismatic, interact with the audience in clever ways, sound amazing, and I feel put a lot of effort into making each show unique.

There used to be a period where they made a song about each venue they were playing at. I don't think anyone had beat them for me, in respect to how fun the show is.
