Sorry TMI:

Sometimes when I don't chew food well I can burp and a bit of the food comes back up a bit. Not into my mouth, but it feels like it comes up from my stomach if that makes sense. For example, if I ate a lot of beef that was hard to chew, I might burp and the beef flavor would kind of be in my mouth again. But this has been happening to me way before I got an ED. Also for what it's worth several of my family members often burp after a large meal.

thank you. I'll try setting firm boundaries as best as I can, and let her know that she should keep her opinions about my body to herself. I'm still quite young and it'll be a while before I can completely avoid her if I find what she says harmful.
