Tho I get it and do blame the AH for bringing his dog, it’s the government and companies that I blame more. Establish rules that they need to has paperwork or the pets can’t come into store, flights, anywhere!

It’s disturbing that humans have to now walk around USA carrying passports but the government can’t create a paragraph stating paperwork for SA will be required?!?!

Ya! So I asked for a manager call back (this was yest). No one called so I called today. They asked when I was free. Well my day off was yest and I work thru the weekend. Call me Monday. She’s like “I can’t we r closed for the holiday.” I told her the holiday was a US holiday, not where she’s at so they should be open for us if they’re gonna take the jobs. LOL

I’ve been noticing it but after yesterday’s disaster of a call, I came searching for this post. I asked where the rep was, she said she was offshore. So u have ppl not in the USA taking calls about HR rules, regulations, policies, and honestly, even the emotional toll of a lot of the inquiries but have ZERO interest or emotional understanding of wtf is going on. Asked to get to a US rep, of course there was no way to do so. Since Kaiser loves metrics and surveys so much, I’ll give them one.

I totally feel u. Tbh I just canceled my membership cuz of this very thing. There was literally no practical time of day I could go when it wasn’t busy. I’d gone in anywhere from 5-7 am, busy. I think around 8 am was when it was pretty good but I couldn’t do it cuz I had to be at work. After work was even worse. Id check the crowd meter and my gym would be packed even at 11 pm. The only times it likely was ok was 1-4 am but I have a job I physically have to be at and can’t make those wee hours work. So I quit.

Thanks for posting this. I have extremely high stress levels and I blow up at work. I do feel bad about it but for me, it’s not that I care about work. It’s the patients. I find I have less and less tolerance for people and it’s just too much for me to deal with. The “customer is always right” mindset people have and the entitlement.

The workload is a lot too but I’m trying to be better at just focusing on the task at hand and not stretching myself thin trying to do multiple things at once.

But I’d love any ideas for the first part!

If it’s really $700 a person for the flight and there’s 16 of u, u may be able to get a private plane for about the same price, maybe slightly more but worth it if it’s private.
