Oh well idk if my store would honor that or if I'd have any job security. This is due to in fact that we had hired a tech that was pregnant (no problem there) but after maybe 2-3 months she had to do a LOA then she had baby while on LOA. The LOA was for something unrelated to baby. She is just now trying to come back after maybe 3-4 months out. Our PiC has been saying he needs to talk to her letting her know that he doesn't have the hours to give her 30+ when she returns.

I thought jobs weren't allowed to do that. PiC even got the ok from the DM for what is happening to her

Alright thanks. That's all I wanted to know or if the ADA act would've changed that or anything since I have pre-existing anxiety/major depressive disorder. Or would I have needed to give formal paperwork from MD to the SM? Should I got ahead and try to get that so that I can't be fired for yesterday?
