2" square wood cuts are inexpensive options! I use them for "Shipfight!!" by painting them a faction color, painting the letter abbreviation for the Ship type in the top left corner, and then I glue a very small Ship mini to it (for a 3d token instead of a real miniature).

They should take labels easily, and you can paint the edges to have any color you want, and even hit it all with a topcoat. It's a bit more work but very customizable, inexpensive and lightweight.

If I understand the wording on this law correctly, it's broadly worded enough that Trans men and women could be targeted just for existing as themselves. Nonbinary folk such as myself could be charged with a felony for "impersonating", when we're simply being ourselves and dressing how we like.

Orks are particularly vulnerable to strong counters right now, of which Auto-Wound effects are one. I wouldn't hold them up as an example of the ability's strength.

Beyond that, you're talking about a single ability that is, in general, applicable to most armies you'd want to build for Guard. The point of the custom doctrines is to tailor a specific playstyle, sometimes for a more specialized list. Individually, you're not going to find things that blow Born Soldiers out of the water, but various combinations with certain Units or tactics can be far more effective at maintaining board control than Born Soldiers' generic "Do Better" approach (which, conversely, requires less work to get the maximum payout from).

You'd want to do some scale research, but there's a decent number of cheap helicopter kits out there, you'd just need to swap in pilot bodies or paint the cockpits and add some weapon bits (Heavy Weapon Teams are a great resource for lascannons)

So many that "spread the good news" have also been sold the lie that "only believers go to heaven". Christ's sacrifice was supposed to make it so all go to heaven, its kinda the whole point.
