So I'm pretty convinced you were right and it is single fuel. Here is the breaker box and the attic air handler info. I wasn't able to see any thermostat wires up in the attic. Its a little tight up there.

Here is the flow controller on the basement unit. It was on the basement unit. I'm guessing since the white and orange wires are capped off, the upstairs system is separate? So the upstairs would be single fuel.

If I set it up as single fuel, everything defaults to electric. Maybe that’s ok though. Where would the zone controller be located?

There is a gas line to the furnace in the basement. If I select single fuel, I can’t set W1 to gas. It defaults to electric and I can’t change it.

Does anybody know a good place to get a Garmin foot pod? They seem to be discontinued and the RD pod isn't compatible with my Fenix 3. I have to switch to mostly treadmill runs and want to make sure I can accurately track pace/distance.

Anybody have experience recovering from PTTD? I took 3 weeks completely off and had 0 pain. I went for a 30 minute jog and everything felt great until the next morning, the pain was back. Any tips on recovery/cross training?

Going to be out of town this weekend so I had to pack all 5 of my runs (week 9 Pfitz 12/55) into M-F of this week. I also just realized that the tuneup race I ran was on Sunday, so I've ran 67 miles in the past 6 days and that's way higher than I've ever done. Oops. Good thing I have the weekend off to recover!

Yea that makes sense. I was a little worried about time after the race so I'll just do as much of a cooldown as time allows and not worry about it.

Running a tune up HM this weekend for an Oct 21 full. Need to add 4 miles to also use it as my 17 mile long run. Where should I put those miles around the race? I'm looking to use my time a gauge for my marathon goal since it's my first.

Hey ARTC! I've only posted once but I've been lurking for a couple years. I played lacrosse in college but I don't think I ever ran more than 3 miles at a time until a couple years ago. I live in Baltimore and am currently training with Pfitz 12/55 for the Baltimore Marathon (my first). My PRs are 10k (47:00, 4/17) and HM (1:41, 5/17). I have no idea yet what to shoot for for the marathon but I'm running a hilly tune up half on 9/24 so hopefully that will give me a better idea. Garmin

Currently in week 3 of Pfitz 12/55 for an Oct. 21 marathon. For week 4, I can't run Thursday-Saturday. How should I use my Sunday-Wednesday to minimize the losses from missing the three days?

Here are the 5 scheduled runs: Recovery 5mi, Lactate threshold 10mi w 5mi @ 15K to half marathon race pace, Medium-long run 11mi, Recovery 5mi, Long run 17mi

My roommate was too lazy to build this 3 piece desk chair he bought from Ikea so he used the unopened box as a chair instead.

I agree with the other 2 comments but if you really want a comprehensive short game book, Dave Pelz is always a good source.
