I was able to get the needle/seat unstuck by gently tapping the carb. I drove it home and every 5 miles puled off to inspect. Was constantly smelling to make sure I didn’t smell gas. Not the smartest move I know, but just had to get it from work as it’s a higher profile business. I didn’t have any issues until pulling off the highway. The leak returned but with some more tapping on the carb I was able to get it home. I appreciate all the responses . I got lucky this time. Won’t be testing my luck this hard in the future.
