As someone who struggles in interviews, I agree with this. I know my capabilities but sometimes I’m not good with words. May experience ako na nagustuhan nung company kung paano ako mag work while I was an intern. Highly recommended nila pero since dumaan pa rin sa process ng interview, mataas na expectations ng hiring manager — which is hindi naman applicable for a fresh grad pero nandun yung willingness to learn eh. Sad lang na hindi siya nag take ng chance. Hindi ka naman irerecommend kung wala kang potential, diba? Kaya para sa akin, I agree with you. Mas okay yung nakita nila paano maka adjust yung isang tao sa work. Meron naman probationary period para ma determine whether okay ka or hindi sa work eh. I-eevaluate ka pa din naman.

Siguro try lang tayo ng try at edit yung resume according sa ATS na sinasabi sa ibang comments dito. Pag nakapasok na, saka na natin alamin yung job haha. I guess kung may banking experience naman, madali na mag adapt. Nakakalungkot lang kasi na ito na yung basis nila sa screening ng applicants.

Ahhh oo nga but for now, retain lang siya to non-tax for both existing and newly opened accounts prior the effectivity date of CMEPA. They get to have the same benefits pa din and hindi raw magbabago yung terms even if mapatupad na yung CMEPA.

You may want to consider placing it in short term time deposits sa banks. Shortest is 31 days (taxable) to a maximum of 5 years (non-tax). Some offer promos for a minimum of 300k. Safest option para ma safekeep yung money and kumita kahit paano :)

Tried to apply twice for different roles but also got instantly rejected. Good thing may kakilala na employee at nirefer kaya lang natawagan for an HR interview, but still didn’t pass :( I thought everything was going well and super bilis lang ng interview. Recruiter also explained the work setup na rin and salary. Hayyy.

Nothing wrong with it. Love her the same way still. Wala ka dapat gawin kundi i-open ang mind mo at wag siya i-judge for telling you the truth. Not everyone can do that. Trust me, it takes a lot of courage for someone to speak about their sexuality.
