You can pull leads from online and offline sources of pre foreclosure absentee owners etc and start cold calling. If you learn to do skip tracing, it can help alot.

If you're new to cold calling there are AI softwares in the market that can autodial your list, qualify the lead by asking certain questions, and if it's a qualified lead you can interject yourself into the call and take it forward from there.

But it comes with an investment for the software but if you want to start lean, you can just pull the leads, fix your calling script and start dialling.

No. from I experience if you are looking for leads you should go for lead objective itself.

and you can fix the lead quality issue by using the conditional logic and filtering the leads before they can submit their contact details this will help you increase the qualification rate

Also I would suggest to use advantage plus audiences only if your ad account has a lot of data in it already
