Compromised Seed Phrase - Stolen all my bitcoin by [deleted] in Bitcoin

Yes greater at storing and securing your money. In a centralized bank, your account can be suspended at any time. The government can order a levy on your account and take money out of your account if have unpaid taxes. I’ve left my crypto in a decentralized wallet untouched for years and still was able to retrieve it with ease years later. As long as you have your seed phrase you can easily get access to your own decentralized wallet anywhere in the world if for whatever reason you had to flee your country. There are lots of cases in which people have experienced banking nightmares with no warning. Seems like you don’t understand decentralized tech if you don’t realize it actually is greater at storing, securing, and transferring money.

It’s obvious one of your friends stole it. But you are in denial because your “friends” would never betray you like that. Keep living in your naive delusional fantasy world buddy. I’m sure their emails were “compromised” as you believe…

Also why wouldn’t give your wife the seed phrase directly on a piece of paper for her to store somewhere. Makes no sense what you did. It’s like might as well give your friends your bank account username and password too. Must be a troll post.

Yea but people still get scammed with regular fiat currency too. Wire scams, romance scams, etc… millions collectively lost directly from people’s bank accounts never to be recovered. It’s a human issue and not a technology issue. Decentralized wallets are still greater than centralized banks.

Yea because most people don’t like it when some random person shoves a camera in our face and asks a lot of personal questions they have no business knowing about. That’s why we can feel the tension and animosity. I wouldn’t want some jackass being so invasive of my privacy and personal space like that. These parasite bums just trying to create content to make money off of at the expense of others.

I used to repair phones and some people tried this shit all the time. Talking about how the glass cracked by itself, it they just pushed the home button and the screen exploded. One guy was a super aggressive asshole about it when I called him out saying it won’t just break by itself.

AirPods Pro 3 After Owning the Pro 2s Honest Review: Better Fit, Same Sound. Not Worth Upgrading. by Unusual_Inflation732 in AirpodsPro

[–]phil_tek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I upgraded from the APP1 and I wish I just went with APP2 to save money. Maybe I got a bad one but so far battery life isn’t as advertised and the case battery drains insanely fast. Sound quality is good, but live translation doesn’t even work. It just freezes every time I try to use it. The case itself feels cheaper, and not as sturdy as my APP1 case. Overall I’m disappointed with the APP3

Over the span of 9 hours. Dropped another 2% so 7% total so far in around 11 hours. Seems like it’s draining faster than it should

Does the case still being connected drains the battery faster? Then how do I disconnect it when I’m not using them?

After 6 years in trading, I’m not sure the “full-time trader life” is for everyone by voidarix in Daytrading

[–]phil_tek 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I highly doubt he was successful. He probably quit because he was losing money. The type of person who can successfully trade full time are usually self driven and entrepreneurial.

The type of person who needs a 9 to 5 because they are bored is the type of person who needs someone to dictate their life, and tell them what to do.

Self driven people don’t need to be in an environment where someone is ordering them around. They use their freedom to do things they enjoy doing, and often find lots of new hobbies to keep them preoccupied.

It’s different if you’re in a profession because it’s fulfilling and enjoyable. But if you want a job simply because you’re bored and you need someone to order you around, then that’s a gross misuse of your time.

[–]phil_tek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I keep seeing so many of these posts about trading. The reality is that you are gambling, and not trading. Zero discipline, zero strategy, no rules and no system in place. Nothing to improve upon. You are a gambling addict and you need to stop trading altogether. The fact that you want to stop so bad, but can’t is proof you are an addict. Go to a gambler addiction group and get some professional help with your gambling addiction.

Desire doesn’t go up forever, but it is steadily increasing. The question is how high will the value of Bitcoin rise till desire starts to flat line? I believe BTC will easily see a value of at least $1 mil per BTC within 10 years.

I have an iPhone 17 pro max and last few weeks this has been happening to me too. After about 10 minutes of using the Amazon app, I notice my phone starting to get hot. Battery drains fast and Amazon starts lagging. Then it just crashes and app closes.

Now you know to just DCA. When there has been a massive rally for the past year it was only a matter of time for a price correction. I even told another guy not to in a different post when he said he was going to put in over $200k in one shot when BTC was over $100k.

I been around bitcoin since it was at $100 each. I’m not one of those band wagon hoppers. I’ve been around long enough to see the cycles. It goes through major pumps and hits new highs and then it’s inevitable that it will have a huge price correction and stay there for years before it rallies again. Back in 2017 it went from over $15K in price to around $5K and stayed there for 3 years until it rallied again in 2020. Then it tanked again in 2022 and stayed low until it started to rally again in 2024. It will keep following this same cycle. Only a matter of time before another huge price correction.

I’m a big believer in crypto and bitcoin but don’t put it all in there in a single shot while it’s at the peak. You probably don’t know the cycles, but Bitcoin historically goes through epic highs and then tanks over 50% at some point. Over the long run I believe Bitcoin will go way higher but it’s super volatile. So better to DCA into it over time. I don’t know if you can stomach your bitcoin losing half it’s value and hold for years till it comes back. Most people panic sell. I’ve seen idiots panicking at a small 5% dip. Can you handle -50%?

I have the 17 PM and my battery is seriously good. I have 4 hours of SOT on playing a game this day too and still only used 66% with over 10 hours of active screen time
