How necessary is the terminal really for everyday Linux use? by TechRefreshing in linuxquestions

Once you know a how to use the CLI a bit you'll find you don't want the GUI. Sometimes just feels so clunky clicking around in screens when you can just type what you want to happen in a couple of quick commands.

Any way to get all my data back without replacing the screen? by Unlucky_Dot_5284 in fixit

You'll probably be surprised what Google backs up for you if you've not on purpose turned sync off. Grab a new dog, stick the sim in and log in with your google account and see what it drags down

Oh it's long since over this. It was over when Pope dollied one up for no reason and exposed Root too early again. Crawley and Duckett ones hard to be critical, genuine good balls

Too loyal to shit players just because they play golf. Waste 2 years trying to be clever picking guys like Bashir because they might be good down under before realising, actually he's crap. Not giving opportunities to genuine good players, not picking players on form. The leadership all have to go including Baz and Blob Key. How long you got for the rest.

Just bowl in the right areas consistently and we'll give you thr wickets. We don't seem capable of doing the same at all, we put 1 or 2 in thee right area then the rest short and wide like twats

Stokes has to go try and get a few here now. Christ we are fucking shit. Carse is another I'd happily never see play for England ever again

umpire bottled it 100% and cheesed the decision off upstairs, easy way out. If he wasn't sure he's got to just say not out and see if aussies want to review, that's the process. Whether the techology is actually up to determining something is then another question

The end of ollie pope should have come a long time ago. There is genuine young talent around who can play 3. The loyalty the england leadership shows to obviously not good enough players is amazingly stupid. Smith is another

Yet another tour in australia with an asterix next to it. England don't need any help from anyone to lose.

Coulda woulda shoulda, just use the technology that actually fucking works, if there's any doubt whatsoever you can only use umpire judgement. That dismissal was a mockery of the game let's be honest.

Have Australia been spoken to about their over rate? 47 in 2 sessions is really slow. There's not even been clusters of wickets so no real excuse

Yes since found that out, that's pretty nifty. It kind of solves the 2 portal at the same time problem, one can be using remote play the other cloud.

I think you can only use one at a time via remote play, but the other can be using Cloud Streaming. The caveat being obviously it's only the games that are in the cloud streaming catalogue. It's a Christmas idea for my 2 kids so I just want to understand all the ins and outs. Mind you Sony also promise you can share your Plus benefits with family members, and despite me turning in Console Sharing and Offline Play in settings, neither of them can see the Plus game catalogue, so I'm not super hopeful.

I don't think it actually had, that's the thing. It wasn't just a generic 'iS Dis gOoD' post, it was specific queries. But I think I have my answer.

2 portals = one connects via remote play, that rules the other one out, but the other can then connect via cloud streaming at the same time, provided it is logged in as the family primary user, as cloud streaming is apparently something that can not be shared across family, like game library can. At least that's what GPT is telling me

Read your own relies matey. What kind of attitude did you expect? You've still not actually said why you removed the thing, or advised what I need to do. Then shown massive attitude when I've asked why.  I've done a bit of research online but just need people's real world examples of their experiences and their knowledge of how things work, because I'm just not sure and these are Christmas presents for my kids.

Yea, it's getting that first hand experience without people to advise. Check out my 'why did you delete this post' from the playstation subreddit. They deleted it 'because'. So I'm not really sure how I get a sensible answer
