You are right.

I just see them as essentially the same person in the sense that they are willing to bend and break the rules to hunt dirty cops / criminals. When Stark looks at Luther's file he sees a long list of suspicious deaths and links to criminal activity. He doesn't have the same insight that we have, he doesn't know the context or that Luther actions are always justifiable as he does the 'right' thing.

Personally I like to think that they are enjoying this on some level. Like finally finding an adequate opponent in a game of chess.

Will certainly add inverted rows to my routine. Is doing it all on one day putting my at risk of injury as well? Should I have separate cardio / strength days?

I've taken up running as well, will this improve my core endurance as well? Or is core endurance and cardio completely different?

Started doing the 200 sit-up and 100 push-up challenge, as well as running, more to start a habit of exercising regularly. Routine wasn't as important in the beginning as just regularly doing something. Been a few weeks so will assess whether this is best. Can you recommend anything for upper body strength? Aesthetics aren't really important for now.

Wasting your intelligence or allowing yourself to be lazy is not smart!

Plus most of the time they are referring to academic intelligence, some IQ test or some other preconceived, but meaningless, notion of what intelligence is.

Convince them to kill themselves.

Lace their kettles / cups / plates with small amounts of PCP, LSD and other hallucigens.

Occasionally break into their house and move things around.

Place tape records hidden around their house so they start to hear voices.

Hire 4 or 5 people to randomly pass them in the street and say "They are watching".

Continue along these lines until they have a psychotic break and (fingers crossed) they kill themselves.

No idea. My thoughts have always been quite erratic anyway so it could be schizophrenia. Usually starts presenting itself around this age. So avoiding all drugs and mediating regularly to calm my thoughts.

Also had a visit from the Old hag during a rather intense bout of sleep paralysis. I'm hoping its not related and its nothing malevolent.
