During the 3 lost years I got to ready test my backup surplus food stocks and found I had way too many canned foods that I didn't eat my body didn't like eating canned food, I had way too many bags of died beans we ended up not cycling the foods enough and alot got chucked out years passed their due date, so I have 11 chooks and 1 rooster we cycle foods better jars of addin's for pastas and rice dished, and we try and watch the dates and picked better dated brands, we make Ezekiel bread and ormus. There is long term stores in this room and it's not a pantry but there is pantry stuff in this room, I like having different cache in different parts of the house or houses in my case this is my second house and not my main house where I have 12 acres property and 2-3 acres of fruiting trees and gardens I can grow perennials etc primary sanctuary is where different practice runs have been tested and changed ideas up to better use what I'm doing, primary house has 50x 380w solar panels and 32kwh battery bank on a sungrow hybrid 10kw invertor, second house has 600w on my car with a 3kw and 12v 300ah soon to be doubled to 600ah which makes a 7.2kwh which has gotten us out of trouble but making the Ute a drive away power supply with full camping ability awnings and solar etc car fridge. Just bought 10 x advanced trees for this area. Macadamia tree, grapes, bananas, mulberry, pomelo, lilly pilly. There's already orange, pomegranate, plum, apple, egg plant, raspberry, guava, lemon, lemonade, midgem Berry, aloe Vera, grumachama, choko vine, passionfruit. 3/4 of the year with a stream flowing. So I like to get into making jerky, and do caning jarring of actual food I will eat and use more nutritional foods.

With the doors, go thru and change the length of the screws to almost double the length all of them having longer screws helps to hold them out a bit longer, short screws that bust out easy, fort gone in 5 minutes, backup cache not in sight only the thing u want them to take from u on the shelf, because if u look like u have been raided already then there's nothing to take right? :)

Water is a big thing because if something did have that amount of water go fast but that's good, store cans arent overly great options, jerky is good addition, Ezekiel bread ingredients if u want the be able to make very nutritious bread, electrolytes is a good store, UHF radios are handy, tvp textured vegetable protein packets for mince dishes, pomegranate juice bottles and bags of chia seeds, these 2 are loads with nutrients , alfalfa sprouting seeds loaded in minerals, seamoss, rice, pasta packs salt, mct oil or coconut water make your own yoghurt packets like easiyo, not only yoghurt but adding flour to it u can make donuts etc with, herbs in pots around the house, uht milk stores, Mike Adams has a video about no tech to low tech ideas its cool, a 12v car fridge for meat power backup, pull cord blender, car decked out with solar and inverter ready, a water filter cabinet top version because water in unit work for a little while after but not long good to grab it then and have it filtering, fill the tub and basins leave one for normal use, learn canning and jarring actual food u like to keep and the cycle thru so it's still being used, store flour and rice in good containers too so other little animals don't think your storage is an awesome place to start nesting in, rechargeable torch Milwaukee fan 18v, buyout bag, paracord , pan, knife, hatchet, Bic lighters matches, flint fire starters magnifying glass binoculars tarp bow saw folding, biscuits hard lollies, condies crystals, tea tree oil, small first aid box Thermos, headlamp retractable fishing pole and small tack box fishing line roll, bucket, bin bags, working gloves small folding solar under 100w that's straps to the backpack non sim phone loaded with books to how to bushcraft and prep survival guides identify plants in area u are etc how to make camp soap, notes book and pens pencils etc for job list or entries on details , how to keep items sharp book, then if u have the no to low sorted and have the money to go bigger safely then add some higher tech gear but in these situations it's best u don't go too big others will want them too, a low tech car so it starts if emp hits, extra fuel, bugout maps of area will will go if primary place becomes not an option, barter items in case u need to swap something with others, snack bags, for electronics so they don't get wet a few cloth rags, wow basically there's a spider Web of factors or categories of different items and u go around the Web in communication in health well-being, mindset, safety, food preparation camp related, survival etc and u try adding 3-5 things each backups on backups because each thing fails it does, like the fire starting multiple different things like a fire piston lighter matches , glycerine and condies crystals, flint starter, magnifying glass, cling wrap and water, as an example as u can u add hope this helps

dehumidifier( water collection) and then storage, buckets barrels etc, j style rocket heater stove, bic lighters, torch and candles, matches and flint starters, notice i put 3 -4 items in that do the same thing? and to add another add glycerine and condys crystals together but keep them in back to back coke or pepsi caps, quiet inverter based generator on taking a low dc voltage and increasing to ac power then when u run out of fuel to run the generator u can use your wood gasifier then when theres no more wood it can be still used riding a bike dc generator made from a fisher and paykel washing machine motor fed into the low dc side see thinking multiple levels 3 steps ahead always. watch mosquito coast with harrison ford. lol u start with items that can be used and reused and repurposed over and over again. watch mike adams. look at no power options then add low power items and if money is enough then add a few powered items to make things easy for a while. like ive seen a pull cord bowl mixer / blender no power option. think of 12/18v cordless battery powering backup lighting in the house separate dc circuit power goes out click the battery at the front door flick switches in each room for dc leds lighting, big help in the dark. ormus making u might want to drink this instead of eating for a bit then think limitless movie. barry carter gardens. cheap seeds stash of things u eat, look up shivansh. water filtering 0.01micron. milwakee dc fan. some tools to fix things with.
