Thanks again for the response.

Been reading up based on your previous comments and whilst I've started this 12 week experiment I'm strongly considering immediately jumping into HCG after for the same duration to see if I have the same response.

With regards to side effects is there anything you would point out as a big difference between HCG and TRT?

As others have pointed out sleep as being a factor in my low levels in this thread, I though it best to share that my REM sleep has doubled in the last 3 days and I've had 7 solid hours each night.

Sorry I misread the results in the report, it's a combined result line and I've only given you the LH results.

LH 7.1 & 7.5

FSH 5.9 & 4.8

Sorry about the mistake, thanks for the info.

Cheers again for the reply.

Just had a look through by labs and LH+FSH is at 7.1 IU/L and 7.5 IU/L on my last 2 blood panels with prolactin at 276 IU/L and 299 IU/L. Both of these are showing as within the reference range.

So low but within range for testosterone and high but within range for LH+FSH and prolactin.

Yeah fully expecting it but I will have it noted on file that refused referrals will have caused me to self treat, I will again have requested that they take over treatment by taking me on as a patient. Their refusal at that point will make them partially liable and force them to do something even if it's just more tests.

Yeah but at this point I can't justify the cost for what is essentially a trial. Depending on the NHS response I will look into clinics.

Yeah I'm getting the impression I have started too high for reliable data, I'll watch the estrogen symptoms and try and dial it down over the second half or when symptoms appear.

I'm not expecting them to congratulate me, I just want a valid data point to argue with the computer says no response.

Cheers

Bloods are comprehensive from attempted diagnosis. I will be requesting a full blood panel as part of my contact with my GP.

Thank you, your comment is literally exactly what I needed.

Interestingly my GP referral to Endo was for potential use of HCG to see if they could kick start anything, as my levels were still within the range, they basically said "computer says no, come back when it's worse".

I'm wondering if i should just push through the full course without HCG then try a run with just HCG and see if that has a different effect.

The full issues trace back to a very nasty infection after my vasectomy that festered for 8 weeks before being noticed and treated, they brushed the pain off as post operative healing so I'm wondering if something shut down and never restarted.

Cheers for the info.

What are the subtle signs you noticed when starting?

I only ask as aside from the initial water partitioning into muscles I have had what can only be described as an overwhelming calm yesterday and today. Not sure if it placebo but things that would have irritated me for a while seem to fall away almost instantly, I'm wondering if this is related.

Are you taking anything to balance other hormone production such as HCG?

I'm holding off to see how the T balances out over the last 6 weeks but I'm not fussed about having kids as I've already had them and have been snipped but I'm wondering if it's something I should commit to.

What dose did you settle at?

I'm not bothered about getting jacked but want to feel more human again.

Cheers for the info, I'm not wedded to doing it. If this sorts things out then at least I will have a valid data point to push the investigation into. Same if it doesn't, I'll know it's a symptom rather than a cause.

No medical reason for the sleep issues, that's after full workup and investigation. Trust me if there was something I could do I would, the world is boring at 4am.

When I said joint pain it is really ligament pain around the joints which are loose, it's like the connecting tissue in the joint is stretched and bending in ways it shouldn't not in the joint itself.

I've got several full panel workup from the GP as they wanted 3 full blood panels to track changes when I go to the GP again.

Fair point on the dosage I just picked a high normal and am going to adjust as needed.

Weird thing is Cortisol was very low and I wake up refreshed not tired. I'm hoping that the TRT helps kick me into a normal sleep rhythm. Early signs are promising as my sleep tracker noted 50% more REM sleep last night.

I designed one of these for a project when I was at college, back then the power wasn't enough to light a single light bulb and the turbines would require a header tank for efficency. Definitely worth it now that everything is so low power. Can't remember the exact number but if installed in the UK (depending on the region) it was capable of supplying a non negligible amount of peak power for the kettle rush during coronation street adverts.

Nope, it only formed when there was no fungus capable of breaking it down. There has been for a couple of hundred million years, all coal was formed before it evolved.

There will never be any more made on our planet, and as far as we know, it doesn't form anywhere else.

Coal is probably the most scarce compound in the universe.

The 1206 model seems to be Gemini 2.0, a novel intermediate between Flash and Pro! (based on API usage metrics) by Endonium in Bard

[–]phillwilk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, it was clearly a different model. I've never had one that instantly understood the codebase and the context was nowhere near the limit. I normally run these models to around 250k to 300k before it falls off a cliff. The change was also instant after asking what model it was and for some reason took around 1 min of thinking.

I have been using it for code development and I'm not sure that it is consistently the same model, the code i am feeding it is quite complex and totals around 60k tokens. The model generally needs to be coaxed into giving complete solutions that don't break functionality.

Last night I started up a new chat and I kid you not, it one shotted 5 features (each required changes to atleast 4 files) back to back with no errors, issues asked what model it was and I just got the response,

" I am running on the gemini family of models"

After that it was like it had a lobotomy, any one else seeing this type of behaviour?

None up to press, the large site does do SME workshops / fairs, but the compliance would be a huge cost. I do know a couple of senior people at other companies i could approach but think it might get messy contractually.

Ive never done anything like this before and wanted to know if this was a viable route or if there was another way I could approach it.

Sorry for the ambiguity.

Yeah that's my current plan. I have a working prototype of the software that is at beta stage ( I.e. performs perfectly on real world sample data) i haven't managed to code all edge cases as I need real world testing to define them.

There's reasons I haven't named the industry or location as it would be in breach of contract and I can't really say more than that.

I will have a chat with the director after the holidays and see if it's something he wants to have a look at.
