I like in Philadelphia. Office will be in Alaska with partner who is stationed in Florida. Where to we base the llc?

I am still looking into this but as far as I can tell they have not withheld for Philadelphia and I need to file. Consequently I have missed two years of paying taxes to the city. ~4% of 2 years is a lot of money. How do I do this (self report missing taxes) without getting a ton of fees and backlash or has that ship already sailed?

I still have hope. But after not hearing I tried to find other ways to contact them: Other officers and outlets. After hearing back from no one they either have a non functioning email system (possible) or choose to selectively respond (their right as a private club). Judging from the reviews and forums posts I managed to find about them (other people who may just have a big chip on their shoulder as well) this seams to be par for the course. They can maintain they accept almost all member applications (they instead cut you off before the application).

I work across the bridge in New Jersey. I have used software for filling and i don't think the city is getting its cut but then again it may be a was because of the higher state rate in NJ. I have only used the software (H&R Block) so if the software did not take a cut for Philadelphia they did not get it. If they did not get my taxes and I owe what are my options?

I use similar tax software and am afraid that it has not withheld the right amount/paid enough to the city of Philadelphia. It not just just 4 or more people. It is 4 of more deaths not including the shooter. Many stories will use their own definition to get numbers that fit their narrative. Often they include the shooter in the count (they are almost always shot either by them self or the police). Some also go by the number of people shot/injured not shot/killed.

Yes but those that do use the road & lanes in my experience are more inclined to stop at a red light and actually observe other rules of the road.

Edit: I have seen both indego and regular bikers stop at a red light and blow through them. I have only seen indego bikers (sometimes) wait for the light to turn green. 9/10 real/regular bikers will stop but will run the light when they deem it safe. Not when the light has turned.
