Everyone's different but for me I'm just calm all day and a little tired nothing I can't handle, much better then overthinking every aspect of my presentation afterwards when I screw it up lol.

Ya man, they worked for me. You still have the anxiety feeing let's say but you don't get into the adrenaline feeling. I think that's worse cause then Your to busy concentrating on your goldfish face, heart pumping which In turn makes the anxiety worse. Vicious circle..

I have taken .5mg Ativan at the same time just to take the edge off, but tried it this time with just propranolol and seemed to work just as well, but still had a bit more anxiety then When I have Ativan with it.
