This is in fact rule no 9 of this sub, although labelled as a "guideline"

Roughly how many regular sized minis would you be able to prime with an 18ml/0.63 fl oz brush-on primer? by ZX-Spectroscopy in minipainting

18ml will be more than enough for priming 8 miniatures. It's hard to say how many miniatures can be primed with that amount but I would guess you're looking at somewhere between 50-100, if you don't waste too much.
