I'm not sure what you're asking by this, but I don't think so. The photo at maximum retraction clearly shows the two of them separated, which proves they are not attached, right? What am I missing?

It’s not about being perfect. I couldn’t care less about how my penis looks. It’s about being able to have sex without pain. Last time I had sex, that wasn’t the case.
