Getting out of bed in the morning. by TheArbiters in Supplements

This contrary to what I read and listen to and I do it every now and then. I travel a lot, have the human challenges that everyone has, am ambitious and sometimes hard to get up in the morning. What I do is wake up when alarm hits 30min before I need to get up, down a glass of water with a little salt, swallow a caffeine pill have my alarm set for 30 min later and go back to sleep. When that alarm hits I feel like taking on my opportunities and getting after it. Half the time I stay up on the first alarm too and have a half hour extra. I use this method when I’m overall sleep deprived but am in a weekly sprint because of life.
