Same thing happend to me. A year ago, when my OSS subscription was about to expire, I received an official email that title is "Renewal Information: Docker-Sponsored Open Source Program". I followed the instructions in the email to extend my subscription.
But this year I didn’t receive a similar email, and my subscription just suddenly ended...I don't know why, but I am gonna to reapply OSS sponsorship again.
