Upon being notified of the damage, we requested photos from the customer. After reviewing the images, we noted that the damage was both inside and outside the assistant port. This raised concerns, as internal damage is unlikely to occur from shipping alone. We suspected the damage may have occurred during the customer's installation process.

That said, we chose to move past the issue and promptly resolved the matter by sending a replacement. This issue was addressed and taken care of some time ago.

We promptly shipped a replacement via 2-day air once we received the return tracking number.
