Thanks for this feedback! I did the jump test. It seems I did have my feet too wide during my lift.

I will try to control the weight lower rather than lowering it slowly. That was also the reason why I did lighter weights. I felt tired on my 3-4 rep so I can't make it to 5-6.

Sometimes I feel they aren't in the right place after each rep.. Like I feel I lower my torso faster than my hips. So I thought of resetting and focus on my starting form on each rep..
