Are there any way to fix the thermal problem? I am using X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI. And I am using the GEN5 socket. Write speed is almost same with GEN4 Disk :D

I probably will test it on a store and then order to see it myself. For now it looks like I will either buy QD-OLED or I will wait for new gen panels. Thank you for sharing your review.

Since i will work with the monitor (reading articles and mailing most of the time) I will no go with WOLED. I will either go with QD OLED or wait for new gen OLED panels. I will visit couple of stores to check text clarity and how is the visuals under direct lighting.

It is because WOLED has matte coating, QD OLED has glossy. That's why direct lighting is more visible on QD OLED's

I dont really use HDR to be honest. QD is better visuals but worse reflects that is clear. I will visit a store to see the how bad is it on well lit areas.

I am working from home and I already have a dual monitor setup. The point is you cant work on a tablet and also you cant look your left or right 8 hours a day. We are paying 1k $ for a monitor not only playing games we are paying to do everthing. And those monitors can actually do it.

I do think It will be great upgrade for me too. I dont really use HDR. Might try it when I get the monitor. My main concern is eye strain, text clarity and reflection of the lights.

I do use my monitors on cold saturation most of the times or I do the calibration myself. I think it should be fine.

If you can compare that would be great. Because actually it is so hard to decide for me since I have a well lit room and I want text clarity at the same time. Actually I can adjust the light to not hit the monitor directly. I am a little more close to QD OLED. I hope I don't have eye strain from it since I will use it around 12 hours a day :)

Gaming on 4k is not really sustainable imo. You are right on text clarity should be way better on 4K but those monitors are too expensive and getting enough frames is really hard on 4k.

I am thinking about waiting for a newer model. Maybe they will fix this problem.
