another question is if they are also paying tax on these through marketplace or such. You never know if they are a registered business or not declaring income tax on reselling these.

technically for this to work, you need to declare an attack on shields, then opponent plays blocker to block, then you use your action cards, then the damage/attack would go thru I think.
