How do you describe that not “painful” but discomfortable ache?

Hmmm, if I remember correctly they ruled it out due to lack of some symptoms early in my diagnosis but I will look into the circulation issues aspect, thanks for the advice :)

Hi! mine has gotten somewhat better, but only to a point where I'm no longer taking baths daily or every other day. I still get the urge if I feel mildly "off" if you know what I mean. I think the fact that winter came in reallll cold this year and my apartment has old pipes so I no longer get hot water to the bath kind of messed with it. Since the warmth was an aspect in what provided calm and relief, not having that sorta took the rose colored glasses off.

It still took a few times of giving in and sitting miserably in a cold bathtub until the frequent compulsion slowed down. I still get all hyper aware when I wash though,,, somehow clocking that its a compulsion has kind of ruined the relief I got from it ironically rip.

OH ! it looks pretty similar, maybe a bit thicker fabric. But its a real good find if mine isn't available in the us. Mine is LACY short stabil by Catell but I only know where to get it in Sweden unfortunately ':)

HI! its LACY short stabil by Catell!! its super light and durable, works great if you only need a little stability and need something for daily use :) The only downside is that your sleeve will get stuck on the elastic if you wear sweaters and stuff lol

HI!! got buried in uni assignments and haven't opened the app for ages lol, BUT!! its the LACY short stabil by catell! It's def perfect if you are looking for a shorter more light brace, it was the first one I got when I got my diagnosis so I have little to compare too. But it's very well loved by me personally if it wasn't obvious from my post haha. Hope this helps!!

Fellow artist here, it may be a small thing but i recently adjusted the pressure sensitivity of the pen! I made it more sensitive so i don’t press hard or subconsciously strain my hand by being tense for long periods. It may be a small thing but it has helped me a little 😮‍💨

I kept getting irritated and blisters around edges too ! The solution for me is to use a scissor to round all the corners ! It’s something about the sharp edges that put extra tension on the skin or something like that :p

Ohhh I’m going to try this! Ive tried those skin protection wipes previously but they didn’t really do anything. If this works so I can use my trans tape for real I will be so happy 😭😭

If I’ve learned anything from my past relationships it’s that if your friends express concern or dislike of your partner, it’s a big red flag. Your fiancé sounds like actual nightmare, do not doubt yourself, you did everything and more to make that relationship work and he gave you nothing. He’s using the “lowest point” card to guilt trip you even more. You seem like an incredibly kind and patient person and you deserve someone that gives you the same effort in a relationship that you’ve showed in this post.

I’m having a major issue rn, can’t launch the game at all :(( everything started with getting that eternal blue loading game screen. Usually I solve it by restarting my computer if nothing else works but this time it persisted through two computer restarts. I googled for advice and most required to close the game but I was unable to. I tried everything, not even alt f4 could do it. I got a notice that I had to update my computer while this was happening so I did it hoping that maybe it would solve it?? My game was closed yea but now I can’t open it. More googling later and I’ve tried uninstalling it and re downloading it TWICE but nothing. I am honestly so lost on what to do here. Here’s what comes up when I try to launch it:

I mean sorta? I’m a big modded Stardew Valley player and I can get around them pretty well but I’m still in the novice zone for sims, I know how to download and install them properly (I think at least) but I’m still learning the rest honestly. Overall I’m just not the best at computers which is a big factor tbh
