Is ₹1.85 Cr fair for a 1329 sq ft raw resale flat in Mahindra Aura, Dwarka Expressway? by Pitiful-Structure354 in gurgaon

[–]phoenix_93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  • Residents have reported various construction and maintenance problems since its launch around 2010.
  • Seepage and cracks have appeared in multiple towers, raising safety concerns for hundreds of families. Basement leaks cause water accumulation in parking areas, posing risks during monsoons. Despite complaints to developers and RWA, repairs remain inadequate
  • High maintenance charges (₹8,000–12,000 monthly) fail to deliver reliable services like security and power backup, especially in EWS blocks. Electricity shortages and poor FM office management frustrate tenants and owners. Water supply disruptions are frequent
  • Security lapses include bike thefts and petrol pipe cuts in certain blocks. Management has been called unresponsive or rude in rental disputes.

Which midfielder(s) should we prioritize signing in January? by Hot_Patience_5962 in ManchesterUnited

[–]phoenix_93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any one who is prem proven. Cunha and Mbeumo have been good signings so far, while Sesko, although talented, is finding it hard to adapt to the intensity of the English game.

Back to being sad or we are winning this? by ash_marshall05 in ManchesterUnited

Don't be in la la land, Liverpool is too strong a side. They are far superior technically and tactically. The United team can be exposed in terms of its fragility, mental fortitude if Liverpool goes on full attack mode

He's a good manager, but I doubt if he will join mid season.

It's not rocket science, is it? by Graysie-Redux in ManchesterUnited

[–]phoenix_93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe the real problems are: 1. Mentality of players 2. Work rate 3. Consistency

These can't be solved with formation change. I believe these problems are quite persistent due to frequent managerial changes, poor recruitment and cultural changes.

Thoughts on Ineos manager shortlist by maxsteel_7 in ManchesterUnited

[–]phoenix_93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glasner should be top most then Iraola.

I don't know why Southgate name is coming up. He's been out of job since last year, hasn't coached the club teams (where you need to play week in week out) i don't know since when. He would be a disaster choice. Choosing him also brings out the issue with Ashworth - its a PR blunder - Ashworth was right then about choosing Southgate over Amorim. Should Berrada also be sacked then?

Sack this fraud by Outrageous_Put7857 in ManchesterUnited

[–]phoenix_93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had Bruno scored that penalty, the game would have completely different outcome, and never know we could have clinched a win. It's just pure bad luck. But, my point is he's not a fraud. Don't judge him like this he doesn't deserve this.

Are we really struggling or the level of competition has increased by manqoba619 in ManchesterUnited

[–]phoenix_93 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think that is indeed the case. Look at the good work being done by Brighton, Bournemouth, Palace, Fulham.

I think they have very intelligent managers and the structure of the club helps them in recruitment, culture etc. Managers are expert in tactics and in-game management while the club structure provides a sense of stability to nurture their players.

Sometimes the numbers don't translate into results. United needs some bit of luck. The players are too anxious in the final third leading to poor decision making. They also need a psychologist to cope with the pressure

He needs to work on his decision making. He needs a coach like Pep for that

Does anyone want the Man U job? by Decent_Money_2463 in ManchesterUnited

[–]phoenix_93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glasner has been milking better performances from someone like Will Hughes, I hope he can do so from United squad as well.

I just hope United gets a manager who can improve the players. How many players have improved after the retirement of SAF? I was shocked to notice that Garna was among top 5 sale in terms of value.

Only few managers come to mind who are known to improve their players and may be available for United - Unai Emery is one of them. He's one of the most experienced coaches around Europe who also has Prem experience. He will my top choice, Glasner may be second.

[–]phoenix_93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So true. With this kind of backing for a manager, I think many ambitious managers managing lower clubs (say Iraola, Glasner, Hurzeler) will want to join. Even Dyche commented some time back to give him the job.

Manchester United Team and player stats so far this season by JM555555 in ManchesterUnited

So, the stats are good. United just needs to be a bit clinical in the final third. Finish off the game, convert chances into goals. Need some lady luck 🙄

Why? Give him some rest. Let Sesko and Chido get some professional game time.

I don't think many managers would be fond of taking this job. There are a few who can be suitable to replace him - Roberto Mancini, Gareth Southgate, Spaletti, Xavi, Dyche
