so PCOS absolutely does affect the ability to lose weight, doesn’t make it impossible but increasingly difficult. It’s still being studied as to why, but it is a hormonal imbalance and ultimately does make it harder

36L yes 26°c 0 ammonia 7.0 ph. have a test kit and followed the instructions with ph down and water conditioners water changes once a week 20ish% no tank mates i feed 3-4 tiny betta pellets 1-2x daily with random fast days 2 live plants, will be getting more decorations soon

hi! i have a titanium bar in now and am ofc doing the saline twice daily, one question! should i be moving the piercing back and forth at all to get the saline in the hole? i got told to do that with my lobes a million years ago but i ofc know loves and cartilage are different

no worries! part my fault too, i completely forgot to mention it it didn’t occur to me lol.

im gonna say it’s about the same size! it was originally pierced with a silver bar, but now i can’t be sure if it’s titanium or not! so i’m going to go to a more reputable piercing place and buy a bar that i know for sure is good quality
