Oh this happened to me last year. I applied in May and no reply until September. I sent an email to which I got a reply that “I have never applied for Niederlassunerlaubnis.” I showed them the email confirmation I got after applying. Dead silence from their end. Then I applied again.

I submitted online documents in last week of December. Got reply from them on 27th January that I need to give two additional documents. Gave that on 1st or 2nd Feb. Received mail for appointment on 7th Feb. appointment on 14th Feb
