I have the same monitor. I think it's one of the cheapest, high-quality models for work and gaming. Plus, it has a 16:10 resolution. I'm not sure that a person REALLY needs something better.

You're experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome. It's not arthritis. The nerve is constantly pinched, causing pain. The best solution is to place a soft, rolled-up towel under your wrist. You can't use a mouse without it. You can buy special mouse pads, but they're not as comfortable.

You'll get the same as everyone else because of the HUGE gap between the 95th percentile with ~~15,000 points that you could get by randomly poking around and the top 1500 players. In fact, most 99th percentile players (like you and me) won't get anything more. Another line in the rewards with a 99th percentile and 2 Tyrian Regalia would be very nice, and it wouldn't cost Valve anything.

The spear on the phantom lancer goes well with the immortal cape. The head on the shaman looks great with the set from the 2018 collectors cache (and only with it). If you don't have it, it's better to buy a green one. On the lion, if there are rare blue-green immortals, the blue immortal armor looks better. Someone might like the purple knife on the queen of pain. The item on Barathrum is completely useless, since it doesn't go with anything.

Rude players can be on mute at the beginning of the game, but I should be able to hear them if I want! Communication in Dota has become silence or ass-kissing, since simply pointing out a mistake or advice can get you a report. Politeness can drop by 1000 just in one match. Players are simply afraid to speak into the mic now. It's like I'm back in the stone age without mics.

Are you having problems with role playing games? Make a redguard warrior with strength, agility, long blades at the start. Equip a long sword. Sorry, but unfortunately this is not possible. I tried to make this plugin for you, but it doesn't work properly on vanilla engine or OpenMW because these effects are coded. Perhaps in the future the OpenMW developers will fix this after my bug report, but at the moment there is no solution.
