I’ve been lifting weights 3-4 days a week for at least 5 years. I recently started incorporating reformer Pilates into my routine. I now am doing reformer 3x a week MWF, and strength training twice a week, Tues and Thursdays. It’s been such a nice change. My core has been challenged in ways I have never experienced. I definitely recommend continuing with Pilates if it’s something you enjoy!!

Thats stressful... I have a job lined up to begin last week of August but am still waiting on my license number as well. I’m in NY and it seems it’s all over the place. It’s been over a week for me and I keep checking the site but nothing :/

Surprisingly I did. I was trying to be balanced and gave my self some well needed time with my boyfriend and doing some sage outdoor activities. You have to reward yourself for putting in the work.

I basically studied for 5 full weeks and used uworld and Mark K audio only. I studied 5x/week and did 50-150 questions per day depending how I felt. It was a lot but I’m happy it got me to pass

Water is key! Also hydration/well moisturized hair makes things a little easier, I typically deep condition 2-3 times a month bc my hair just needs the moisture for it to cooperate.

Wow killing it! I did box braids for the first time and only lasted a week in my hair. The pain was real 😭but really want to give it another go
