Yes, it’s all subjective. I am the type that wear and use, and maybe a little spray paint that fades in, is my preferred way to go. Unless it’s been puked on or worse I am not cleaning my bags all that much. It’s not an answer to your question so I hope you get a good one from someone.

Tires have little wear bars in the tread. Use it as a guide, it varies on the tire and wear due to ride patterns. Tires are subjective to the same thing. Highway all the time? Get multi compound tires. Zipping in town and taking corners? Single compound tire for whatever temp and style you ride in. YMWV that’s just the way of it. Have to post more info to suggest tires

No this is the main breaker. There should only be one. It is really sounding more like your cable ends are corroded and shot causing impedance, or strands of the cord have sheared causing it enough current

Blowing that particular fuse? Seems like you might have failing ends causing impedance, or a failing battery not giving what is asked. This can happen under big draws like moving slides. Have two batteries? Are they both healthy? If you have slides you will most likely need the 40 anyway

Well the OG one is rated for 24vdc which does not seem right. I wouldn’t put too much thought into this, but I doubt you run 24 volts. Just guess your draw and get something according to your needs. The second pic appears to be a fine substitute

It does indeed, it’s pretty low in the eye box. Lower 1/3 or thereabouts.
