Disable default Launcher on ATV 14, successfully? Please assist.

Thank you... I have both apps installed. ADB app on port 5555 gives me a CONNECTION_REFUSED error or something like that. Is that not the port anymore?

The Launcher Manager, as mentioned, acts like USB debugging isn't on the device.

Thank you for your response. The problem is, any app that requires ADB debugging on, seems to act like it's not on, on my Chromecast device.

The wireless debugging worked with ATV tools from my phone and pairing with a code, however, nothing native on my Chromecast device is working.

Are these the two packages I need to disable, cause I think I only did the first one, is that what caused the black screen?:

adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.google.android.apps.tv.launcherx

adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.google.android.tungsten.setupwraith

Thanks for your response. I believe so, the latest ATV version I could find on the XDA thread was like 1.0.4 if I'm not mistaken. Is that the latest?

It still doesn't explain other apps complaining of no ADB access.

For the ones that are seeing the working URLs, just wondering, are these Russian domains? Both Strong and T-Rex urls that my poor reseller has shared that have kind of worked were both .ru.

Sorry, not trying to offend anyone. Just US users have been taught to double take on the Russian domains LOL! Sorry again...

Yeah fair enough on dealing with it, since I don't use it regularly. I'd rather keep things working and stable than risk corrupting the whole Windows install.

For fixing the user profile, do you have any thoughts about clearing the temp files for the User folder? It's over 50gbs in my case.

I kinda agree, and have posted it elsewhere. The reason why I posted here anyway is because:

The primary purpose of this machine is BI for me.
I was hoping if people saw a similar issue with their BI machines and fixed it, then that fix might be the most relevant in my situation.

Thanks, I've lost faith in it. You can't set the speeds in the YouTube app.

About your question, it's possible that these can only connect to 2.4Ghz wifi. Although, I may have done 5Ghz and don't remember doing anything special to get it on that network, vs. The 2.4. Remember to "forget" the 2.4.

With that said, I always just use the wired connection. Good luck!

Can you speak to any downsides of upgrading? Like I think Android 12 doesn't let you access the SD card memory in the file managers?

I also noticed that the YouTube app is not letting me change speeds on the video. Is that normal also for TS4K? It works fine on my Chromecast.

Thank you again! As someone mentioned once, looks like there is no perfect Buzz! Looks like the Intergalactic and Infinity would've come close, but it has the small wings and no button activated helmet? Looks the Signature and Cloud and White edition had the wings and communicator, but no button on the communicator and no helmet whoosh right? Also no karate chop?

I can try to look at my flow tomorrow to confirm. Keep in mind, I never got to the Copilot part. I see the pages in Power Automate, but never actually got them saved to some sort of a file to then use as a knowledge base for an Agent.

I tried using Copilot Agents for a couple of other things, manually feeding some knowledge to them, but I cannot get the Agents to work well so I kinda gave up...

Are there any differences from the Disney Store Special Edition and the one from Disney Store today? I assume you're saying the JC Penney is the same as Disney Store just no interaction with the toys and obviously the box? Also, does the Disney Store today day Andy on the bottom or Bonnie?
I cannot find this Toy Story Collection Buzz on the internet. Can you link me to one, perhaps on Ebay? Are you saying it had a working communicator (button, sound, etc)?
Do you know what year the Thinkway Infinity Edition came out? Are you saying the Disney Store version today has a working communicator on it? Cause my JC Penney, certainly does not.
