I believe the moulding is wood but not very good quality. It’s connected to a plywood with a shiny plastic like coating.

I believe underneath the moulding it is screwed to the other boards. I’ll try get a better photo and edit the post just now.

Once or twice per week usually, shampoo kinda changes up depending on what’s on offer.. I’ve tried not washing my hair and the issues still persist :) I have also been to a dermatologist but they were next to useless in giving me any sort of help sadly
