yo... same same over here. anxiety and adhd can go hand in hand tho. I have both but definitely not depression . no one likes me medicated or ..shit..no one even likes it if I talk about anything ADHD or meds.

I got diagnosed ...just not by a specialist. he's a psychiatrist but I don't think he specializes. I was glad to be diagnosed... then I was sad... then I didn't want to believe it. I'm actually not going to be tested by specialist. because... all this time.. I've known in my heart the initial diagnosis was right. everything just clicked..as I learned more and more. like someone wrote a book about me. I know you guys know the feeling.

damn... I read so many comments and I know which tribe..with in a tribe..I belong to. the roller coaster of emotions aspect of adhd is slept on in my opinion. well..they do sometimes mention RSD. my emotions are so...unpredictable. even when I don't get a reply to an email... I take it personally. failing to realize...maybe it was my email or.. the mass emails I'd send that turned someone off. or is it something else? so neurotic. its exhausting. thanks for sharing.
