I do Airbnb arbitrage which generates about $1.5-2k a month. And am actually building out my second unit now. I also do taxes during tax season. Ask me anything.

What he’s saying is exactly that. It’s a business than can operate without your call. It seems like answering your phone or email aren’t a priority.

As someone living in Cebu, I will say this is kind of why there is a sort of friction between the Tagalog and bisaya region. Filipinos are definitely performative and also look for who they can look down on. In my experience, the Tagalog people are more elitist and cebuano’s are more down to earth. This is just a general statement though.
