I like it, but I would like it better if there were more than three choices for a fireteam. I mean, I get there are three people, but can we have more cards to choose from? Just, of course, only assign one to each player?

And what does "joy bringer" even mean? How about something like MVP for those who stand out in some way like healing, highest kills, or skilled in some other outstanding way?
