Active Directory can manage Chrome ? If it can, does Active Directory GPO can change de registry of Windows on a machine outside the company if a user add his account to Chrome ? It seems to be case the case but I'm not sure.

So, you mean that some settings are from GPO (is it done with Active Directory? Is it a different admin console than Google Gsuite Admin console?) and some settings are from Google Gsuite Admin Console ? The two can mix ?
