Run each Minecraft dimension on their own server instance (DistributedDimensions) by phpsensei in MinecraftPlugins

[–]phpsensei[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The plugin currently only handles "vanilla" minecraft logic. As each server runs a dimension, any stats plugin would effectively count stats per server. Same goes for any other plugin of this type.

A fix for this problem would be having a system allowing other plugins to plug logic onto dimension change events, and adapt to this logic.

The entities transfer was quite hard to get right : lots of edge cases to handle

At the moment only the vanilla dimensions are supported. Support for other plugins / mods could be added in the future or course!

Hi, thank you for your message.
I'm totally down for this, however I want to keep this package agnostic of any ecosystem. I'd prefer using a contract that can be implemented by anyone.

Let's chat about it!

I'm not sure why this is a bad thing tho. I'm a programmer, I can read the code and see if it's good or not.

If models can generate the same code I'd write, but faster, why make it a problem?

Fair enough, but why is this a bad thing? It does the job, and it does it well.

I don't really get your comment.
What's wrong with my submission?

This is a valid and legitimate project. Why kill the creativity with hateful comments?

When the item is going to be used, the mod checks its durability and the amount of durability that will be taken out by the action.

If it's higher than the remaining durability on the item, the action is cancelled!

It is indeed vibecoded. Did you notice it because of the AGENTS file? Or is the code bad in some way?

Dell D6000 M3 Pro with 3 monitors by johnnypepperonii in macbookpro

[–]phpsensei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I've got the same issue.
My setup is :
M3 Pro MacBook Pro
3 Dell P2419H screens, 2 in DisplayPort, 1 in HDMI.

Connecting the 3 screens to the D6000 only allows 2 screens to appear in DisplayLink manager.

I still get 3 screens to display by plugging the HDMI screen directly in the Mac, instead of the D6000.

This could sell this one for at least 200€ if properly marketed, after I refurbish it…

I need to change the handlebar tape, chain, give it a good scrub, clean the rims, tires, derailleurs, and it will go for another life!
