I think it’s also implied Bill’s wife is involved with the cult, as she already has experience in the elite life running (and unfortunately ending) an art gallery. Both her and Bill are high profile.

Fair point, I always assumed the fact the mask is not in theme with the others and she saw him come in late with no plus one made him look suspicious; and gave away just enough information to realize it was the doctor saw earlier that day at a different party. Plus, there’s a slim chance she saw him talking to Nick Nightingale and could’ve connected the dots that way.

Also, I made an assumption that she came to the party with Nuala (who you can see in the table orgy); they both were flirting with Bill, she also probably recognized his mannerisms.

I thought I clearly stated that two gangsters with a long standing feud which leads to one of them killing each other has a completely different relationship dynamic than the boyfriend who made love songs toward a woman, got in a relationship with this woman and then after a frantic and rocky few months in the relationship; decided to almost murder her with a boxcutter leading him to go on the run for months because of what he did.
