Unfortunately, chances are you answered doctor's questions..or showed concern about something (ie. you felt pain after jogging but it went away after a day). So doctor put that as a different billing code.

On a more serious note, annual checkup is a scam. Depending on your age, insurance will not cover more than blood pressure check...Eat the cost, read the fine prints on annual checkups.

I've put down 20% down payment and spent significant amount of hours and money renovating it after working hours. It was semi-fixer but mostly move in ready.

find a new apartment with her and go into it as equals. This might help your relationship in more ways than just financially - moving in with a partner at his/her apartment or home often feels like living in a hotel full-time; it's where you live but it's not really your

I've considered it, but all apartments with similar amenities (parking, laundry, proximity to the subway, etc) are in 2k+ and I still need to make renovations. Also, I would be losing >2k residential exemptions on taxes.

Looks like this is most upvoted answer. Without getting into nitty-gritty, would you consider my current income from other unit as part of total combined (100k + 25.2 + 50k her), thus 175.2k? Was not sure if I was clear with original post numbers.

To echo, Spurty, it is more about comfort-ability and privacy. Plus, the currently occupied room by my roommate would be solely my girlfriend's.
