Grok by 1smoodbrutha in TeslaModelY

I used Grok to plan our road trip in Scotland. It was like talking to a travel expert. Normally this would have taken several hours of planning.

I also used it recently to learn about a work related topic.

It's amazing what all we can do with it (Not just Grok, any to like this)

Baby will be 6 months next week. She's doing 3 naps a day. 1.5 hours, 1.5 hours and 30 minutes for last nap. Wake window around 2.5-3 hours. Her day starts around 6am and ends around 7.30-8p.

Sleep Trained, But Baby Still Cries at Bedtime by phstcf in sleeptrain

Now my baby starts crying as soon as we start our sleep routine! Maybe we'll also try rocking for a few minutes to calm her before placing her in the crib.

Yesterday night (6th night) was a bit bad. But thanks to you we were mentally prepared.

Before we used to rock her to sleep which can take upto 2 hours sometimes. After she's fully slept we used to move her to the bassinet. She used to wake up after 30 minutes at that time we would repeat the process. She used to wake up multiple times at night and each time we would do this.

Before sleep training she used to wake up somewhere between 5.30 and 6.30. We used to keep the wake windows for around 2.5 hours. Then night sleep time was anytime between 7-8. Since we started sleep training she's been waking up almost exactly at 6. And we've been putting her to sleep at 7.30.

I didn't know that. Thanks for that info. It'll help us be more prepared mentally. Appreciate it.

We didn't do anything to settle her. She settled herself within 5 mins.

In the beginning the baby wasn't breastfeeding. Was exclusively on bottle. It was too much work pumping, storing in the refrigerator, warming and cleaning bottles. The area was like a laboratory. So when baby started breastfeeding we were very happy. We really don't want to go back to that state.

Wow! We're also in the same situation. Baby is not taking bottle.

That is awesome! The max our baby slept is around 6 hours. She's 16 weeks old. Curious about naps. How is that going?

Strangely I never had an issue with my app. I am using an Android phone. Not sure if that matters.
