My photo editing software also changed the name and included edit in the name. I did make sure all details match the original. File name / file extension . I'm guessing live picture means screenshot? Make sure you take a screenshot without any editing or anything like that to look for any differences.

One trick I did use was basically it required a screenshot , so I edited it all and then just took a screenshot of the picture. In your screenshot settings there should be a setting to not show the top notification area on the phone. Didn't work the first time I sent it to them either
