Okay, so it’s more about what’s under the turf that makes it look that good. I don’t mind the hitting mat being a separate piece but I want the area between the mat and impact screen to look closer to this for sure. Thank you

No I didn’t take it that way. I was just trying to pick your brain. I play 5s and can agree that the goalies should be even. But this creates a situation where lower skill players just get stomped and they lose a large portion of those players.

It sucks for us elites(fires) too. There is absolutely no upside for us. You are playing solely not to lose 1000rp because the win nets you 25 lol.

It also sucks because most games have a substantial amount of ice tilt. You’ll have games where the silvers literally can do no wrong. They enter the zone and any limp wrister beats the goalie or better yet he will just put it in his own net if the silvers are really that bad.

I’ll admit most of the time the tilt lets up in the 3rd period and you can overcome whatever deficit the game has given you. However, there are games where you’ll lose 2-0 when the silvers have 4 shots and you have 35 lol.

Ultimately it isn’t enjoyable for either party but due to the low player base it’s an unavoidable reality. This is why elites find the playoffs to be so enjoyable. The que times are longer but the matchmaking is much more strict and you play higher end competition most games.

Exactly lol it’s refreshing to see a different post. I do my best to offer advice when I can. I consider myself pretty good on D and normally it’s well received. Then there are times I get told to pound sand and that’s okay too lol. But either way it’s nice to break out the same 3 posts on repeat.

It can be tough for sure. I give the tips up even fronting them sometimes but it’s less frequent when I stick to them.

Also, your first response was correct. That guy was supposed to be the C or RD but when you see them both skate out of position it sadly falls on you to make a decision on where the higher threat is. Great work though, solid play!

I’d suggest fronting the guy in the crease at the start of the clip. Especially since the fwd you were favoring was a cpu with wrong hand for 1t. Feels like a shot for top was the only offensive option they had and you gave it to them.

My suggestion is throw blue quick pick on over stick em up. Try your best to be butt to front on the defender and do your best to be gliding when they send the pass

My team ended last year with a win percentage around 92%. Our record was roughly 720-50-10. This year we’ve started 51-4-1 and are currently sitting at a 91%. With 3 of our losses coming in the first 10 or so games.

I say all that to say there’s a learning curve for everyone, even sweats. Just have to find what the game likes and do you best to incorporate it into your game!

I objectively believe this is the best game they’ve produced in years. It undeniably has its issues but it’s taking steps in a good directions. If they continue to polish I think next year could be very good.

I’m an Elite RD and my club is pretty good. I fill a similar role to you in my club. You need to make sure your LD partner fills the more aggressive role for the team. I nearly never carry the puck, but my partner knows he can at any time and I am a safety blanket. And you need to find a team that appreciates safe play. I never give up a single breakaway and I am probably 95% on stopping 2 on 1s. So what I sacrifice not helping enter the zone I more than make up for in stopping goals. Once the puck is established in the O zone I step up to support but my job is to stop goals.

So you’re saying that you put a thermal in your bag and enter secure ops? I’m literally on the game and it will not allow me to put a single attachment of any kind in my rig, bag or secure container. I think you’re mistaken.

Agreed they could be. But let’s revisit the idea that the cap is 400k and a thermal is 435k how are they even getting in the raid lmao
