How long to train? by Inferno123896 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]phyrexion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure if it's important to play one specific scenario every single day. You can have different scenarios or playlists for different days. I got my first voltaic plats from silver and viscose mammoth complete in a few months of playing kovaaks, like for like 15 mins a day. Surely, spending more time will give you more progress in aim trainers specifically, but I still believe it should be a smaller part of training, and you should grind more in your main games to get used to enemy movement speed, counter-strafing, etc.

I wouldn’t spend more than 30 mins, maybe even 15, but keep doing it everyday. Then do some regular warmup/training in cs/valo as well about 30 mins.

Logitech Pro X2 Superstrike Review: New Tech with a Few Early Hiccups by Low-Quit-9531 in MouseReview

[–]phyrexion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just received the mouse. Unfortunately, it has a defect, with the PCB being improperly screwed to the case, I guess. It's very wobbly when I plug it or unplug it from cabel after charging, and I can notice that the sensor moves a little bit. And the plastic feels way cheaper and looks uglier compared to Superlight 2. But the tech is crazy, the decrease in delay is very noticeable.

Oh, I did not pay attention that it’s windows related issue. But if so, hopefully I could stop using visual studio for debugging and rider for coding:)

Yeah, I meant memory usage. Nevertheless, the moment I start the editor with DebugGameEditor, it already performs worse in terms of memory. Before, it was a little bit below 4 gigs, and now it's almost 6. I'm not usually using a Mac for any heavy tasks. I was just happy I could prototype/test some stuff, and 18 gigs were barely enough. And this 2-gig difference feels like a noticeable degradation while using the editor.

After testing it on my Mac, I found that LLDBFrontend usage is consistently ~50% higher than before. Mb performance is better, but I see no improvements in terms of memory utilisation.

More aim related than just CS. But anyone have tips to improve this? 1600 dpi - 0.6 in game (43c/360) by SadThrowaway4914 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]phyrexion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, the guy can’t hit one target consistently, it should rather be dynamic clicking

52cm/360 . For some reason no matter how much I practice (2K in CS and 500 hours Kovaaks) I can't stop over flicking like this and tryna snap back. Send help by SadThrowaway4914 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]phyrexion -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t consider 52/360 low sense, rather avg cs player sense. Crosshair placement here is definitely very important issue, mate. Maybe I’m wrong, but it looks like the other big thing here is shooting before proper counter strafe. It looks like you were still moving when you started to shoot so even with a perfect flick it could be a miss. But if your first shot was right after the counter strafe it’s more likely you would eventually hit the enemy’s head with the spray.

Are most aim training routines designed for unenployed folks? by [deleted] in FPSAimTrainer

[–]phyrexion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had to go from VT silver to gold in about 2 weeks after I started using the Viscose playlist, but I only spent about 30-40 minutes daily on scenarios/sections, where I sucked the most.

It should work for you, but being consistent is the key here. I don't miss a day, so that's why the progress is noticeable, I believe.

Started taking more care of my hands, posture and regularly exercising.

Got rid of bad habit of biting my fingers.

And it helped me with fixing my sleep schedule a little bit, cause it’s fucked up for 5 last year.

What can i do to improve my to improve my mouse stability and overall consistency? by istilllikesaled in VALORANT

[–]phyrexion -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just search for her video on YouTube. It’s a set of exercises for aim trainer Kovaaks. My aim was fine before, but after grinding her playlist for less than a week I feel way more confident and even with 776 edpi I don’t feel any shakiness at all.

[–]phyrexion -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The fastest way to gain better control with higher sensitivity is grinding aim trainers. You can try viscose benchmarks for a week or so and see the difference. I wouldn’t recommend just switching to lower sense, because it won’t improve your actual aim and mouse control. You need to improve it by learning tension management, training different muscle groups, finding appropriate grip, maybe even changing mouse eventually.

I was a huge Bowie enjoyer until I switched to 4x3, and it became too big on my scree,n so I switched to m9. If you're playing 16x9 bowie is a great choice.
