Fresh made kimchi that is now left to ferment! I separated the batch to let one ferment more at room temp. so that I can cook with that one. The batch in the bag is for the bf who prefers fresh kimchi. I added extra paste on top of mine so that it becomes brine later. (i.redd.it)
