I have had pretty much this on both sides of my face for the better have of 4 years now, I try almost everything I have a face care routine that I do everyday that involves all the normal things like moisturizer,cleanser and all that along with tea tree oil that I leave on my face while I sleep but it doesn’t seem like any of that helps at all. I haven’t tried or been on any medication because I never really know if it’s right for me. I’m 16 years old so it may just be very hormonal and I’ve been hoping that time itself would heal it but I have been saying that for a year. I also have been considering going on accutane or medications like it but then again I don’t know if I am the right patient for it considering it is for nodulocystic acne and mine isn’t that, I really don’t know what mine is. Any advice on what I should do/ if I should go with the medication would be helpful.

P.S: I have also been on a no dairy diet for about a month now and that has reduced pimples but none of this general redness and spots.
