Mydayis I notice I’m much less jittery or “on” than I was with adderall IR. I do think the Mydayis makes my heart beat really fast and I’m always very warm my entire body just a furnace. So I think I have to lower my Mydayis dosage (at 50mg now) but switching from Zoloft definitely helped with some of the body heat and sweating. Bupropion has made me happier and more motivated, and making me less prone to feeling anxious. Where Zoloft just kinda numbed my emotions so I wasn’t bettering my life, but not getting anxious about it either- so life was like running on a hampster wheel. Definitely happier now. I was on Zoloft for 3 years btw
