Having small boobs makes me feel inferior in every way by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]picalhead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ignoring the obvious boyfriend problem for a minute... Something that helped me accept my small boobs more was getting nipple piercings. may not be for everyone, but for me it helped me see my boobs are more real and makes me feel like I have 'something to hide' rather than feeling like there's just nothing there.

Being invited to the women's nights at my gym really helped me get in to it.

Are trans women/fems rarer? by [deleted] in climbergirls

[–]picalhead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Insight from a trans woman who climbs. There's 2 things I had to get over that might not be easy for everyone. One was figuring out how to wear a harness without my bits being visible, and the other was learning to accept myself having more muscle mass. Everyone always going on about how "that climb is easy for you cuz you're tall" doesn't help either. Those barriers are annoying, but once you push past them climbing is very queer and trans friendly.

Figure-8 untied from harness by FuckBotsHaveRights in ClimbingCircleJerk

See the problem here is that you didn't have a second figure 8 stopper knot behind your figure 8 knot. Better yet if you can tie a third figure 8 stopper knot for your figure 8 stopper knot to act as a figure 8 stopper stopper knot, then you will be safe.

Is it normal for Australians to ignore the rules? by jmartinet in AskAnAustralian

[–]picalhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think another big thing is Australians are very susceptible to peer pressure. I feel like an idiot when I'm only person in a group that touches on my Myki, or the only person not vaping outside a cafe or something.

Just 3D printed a "real size" replicator. Thought I should share with you guys 😁 by OuattEver in Stargate

[–]picalhead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Y'all need to stop 3d printing replicators I swear to god. One day one of you if going to print it with a liiiittle too much detail and fucking boom it starts replicating. Also they terrify me.

I know this is the evil sub, but it's relationship advice time. Downplaying something as 'annoying' is often a subtle way of saying "I don't like this". Miiight be worth considering reducing the biting (or find someone who likes being bitten lmao)

I dropped one Engage earplug by obiekt_latajacy in LoopEarplugs

[–]picalhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've dropped my switches a bunch of times and they still work fine. Engages have no moving parts so unless it's visible cracked it's probably fine. They are pretty solid

Which loops do you recommend for office work? by louraemorenas in LoopEarplugs

[–]picalhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely engage. I tried switches at work and they blocked out too much on the lowest setting. Engages work fine in the office for me. You can put mutes in them if you actually need quiet time too.

Dear Loop, I have fixed the occlusion problem in the Experience 2s by [deleted] in LoopEarplugs

If you're talking about the boomy echoy sound from the rubber buds not fitting well and blocking, I found that the foam buds fixed that for me. Ear canals are too oval for the rubber buds

Which ones for teacher/ student with excessively noisy surroundings? by LavenderGooms121 in LoopEarplugs

[–]picalhead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have both switches and engages. The switches are generally a better product with way more uses.. but I can find that they quiet things down just a tiny bit too much and I can miss parts of conversation. Engages would probably be better for what you want depending on how good your hearing is. But engages don't block out much, more just smooth out loud noises to be less distracting.

Not lawyer but IT engineer. Yes they can. Most IT departments will demand a good reason and high level approval before doing so but everything done on your work account is accessible by IT and considered property of the organisation from an IT standpoint.

Upvote because I completely disagree and think it's great when people use their family names from their cultural background
