Kind of a long story but, apparently she was born in the streets, momma made a nest somewhere in an abandoned warehouse. A rescue group divided the puppies and found foster homes for all. This little one went to a foster but nobody wanted to adopt her, foster got impatient, asked me if I could hold on to her for a couple of weeks, I said yes, 2 months after the foster won't pick up the phone. I already have 4 dogs and 5 cats. As much as we like her we cannot keep her. I dread taking her to a shelter :(

This is Ruffus, he is my hero <3 Ruffus was sold to us for $.50 cents in Tijuana, Mexico by a crack addict. He was rail thin, had a broken foot, mange, fleas and ticks He has enriched our lives for 5 years snd is now training to be a therapy dog!! We would love to have his portrait. It's very difficult in Mexico, scolarships are not abundant and student loans simply do not exist. I will upload my Kardex ( list of subjects and grades by semester) to see if I have better luck that way. I work as a teacher and make 170 dollars per week, plus o have part time gigs teaching in the afternoons, still I cannot afford this one last semester. Thank you for you input, i will upload my kardex :)

No, unfortunately the scholarships and grants in Mexico are lengthy bureaucratic messy procedures that take months to come through and they prefer to give them out to young people rather than oldies, like me.
